All hours are billed in advance and must be used by the end of the month. Unused hours do not roll over.

Additional hours used will be billed per hour or you may upgrade to the next tier.

Step One: Discovery Call 

Our journey begins with a discovery call, designed to dive into your business vision and objectives. During this conversation, we'll explore your goals, challenges, and the specific tasks you're seeking assistance with. Through a phone or video call, we'll get to know your unique needs to create a tailored plan for your success. Once we've established a clear understanding of your requirements, we'll assess how our services align with your goals and discuss packages and pricing. If we believe we're the right fit to help you achieve your business objectives, we'll move forward to the next phase.

Step Two: Contract & Invoice

Upon mutual agreement to proceed, we'll prepare a comprehensive contract that outlines the scope of our partnership and the services we'll provide. To ensure a smooth start, we offer the convenience of electronic signing. With a few clicks, you can securely review and sign the contract.  Simultaneously, we'll provide an invoice detailing the investment required for our collaboration. Once the invoice is paid, we will schedule our kick-off meeting.

Step Three: Kick-Off Meeting

As an essential step, our kick-off meeting is a dedicated session where we align our strategies and dive into the specifics of your project. During this interactive discussion, we'll gather all necessary information to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your expectations, timelines, and any intricacies involved.
